A healthier me

Happy Monday everyone! Over these next couple of months I am going to be focusing on more healthy-ness! Hurray! First I am going to focus on stress. Stress makes you eat unhealthy, which then makes your face breakout, which then makes you wear a hat and glasses and dress frumpy. With a husband at school and work, and a very energetic toddler at home, stress has started to creep back into my life. But quite honestly, do we ever really get rid of stress? 

I am going to start by putting a yoga routine in my daily exercise for 30 days. We all know that yoga has some pretty awesome benefits. Some of those include better posture, improved strength and flexibility, core strength, stress reduction and better sleep. We all could use a little bit of those last two! I know I sure can!

If you want to follow along with me and do this 30-day yoga routine, head on over here for the daily sessions. I've really liked a couple of the sessions that I have done already. If you don't want to do it because you know you aren't flexible, JUST DO IT! I'm no where near flexible, but come with time that will change. Don't push yourself too hard, just do what's comfortable! Can't wait to get some of this stress off my shoulders!
