So Jake is flying out tomorrow for another job interview. This time instead of a short 1-day, it's a 3-day. 3 DAY!! This will be the first night I have slept by myself since we got married! And guess who has hand, foot, and mouth disease? Yep my poor little girl.
Like the title says. It's going to be a memorable weekend.

I am SO sorry for you, I really feel your pain! Sterling took several trips for medical school interviews this past month and one was FIVE DAYS! I thought I would die. Luckily, my kids did not have hand, foot and mouth disease, but Ruthie did have that last summer when he was studying for the mcat, so also not available. I'd offer to help out, but I really hate that sickness!!!!! When you are all healthy, we really should plan to get together. And in the meantime, feel free to blog about your blues and I will continue to sympathize, haahaa, it helps me!
ReplyDeleteFive days?! Oh man and you have two kiddos! Well glad to know that I probably will survive this 3-day trip! Haha. And yes we should get together and we are healthy again! That would be a lot of fun.
