I can't tell you how many times I have gotten on here to post something but then felt like I had really nothing exciting or new to report. Sometimes I feel like I have to put something on here amazing for others to read. But really, why did I start this blog in the first place? It was a place for me to write things that I thought were important to remember. Things that I could go back and read myself and laugh, or cry, or smile.
So here are somethings that are happening in my life right now. Whether or not you already know these things, I need to remember I am writing them for myself and not to please others.
Jake graduates this April which we are all so excited for! He has put in so much hard work to finish as fast as he can, doing spring and summer semesters and his hard work is finally going to pay off! We originally chose the job in Oregon, but after many prayers and really looking at our options we have decided to stay here in Utah! We feel really good about this decision and I personally am so grateful that Heavenly Father really does listen to us and answers our prayers. Jake loves what he has been programming with the church and is excited to be full time here soon! Which means house hunting!!!!
Since turning two, Evelyn has exploded with personality! (like she needed any more...) Her vocabulary has gone through the roof and we have conversations all the time. This stage has been such a fun stage for both of us so far. I will write more on her later because I have several things to write down ;)
As for me, being pregnant for the second time has been a lot different than the first. Some good, some bad, but mostly good! We are so excited to be adding a little man to the family and we have been teaching Evelyn how to say "brother" and it is the cutest thing ever. Half the time I am so busy with Evelyn that I forget I'm pregnant....until I look down at my protruding belly that gets bigger and bigger every day! A funny note with Evelyn, I was having a bad morning sickness day and throwing up in the toilet. Evelyn saw me doing this one day, and every now and then I see her lift the toilet seat up and spit in it....haha! She is definitely in a copy cat stage. Luckily the morning sickness has died down quite a bit. All in all I'd say we live a good life and have been very blessed!

I love reading your posts! I love seeing your creativity and hearing about your beautiful little family--keep posting! I think my posts are boring pretty much every single time I post, but then I remind myself its for me and that its ok. You should help me redesign my blog though--it needs a lift. Tell us about your move and your pregnancy!
