Since turning two Evelyn's personality, vocabulary and just about everything else has exploded. This is definitely a stage I don't want to forget. Here are a couple of things that make Evelyn, Evelyn.

- Evelyn is our little helper. Any time she sees me doing dishes she comes over wanting to help whether it's washing dishes, unloading the dishwasher or putting in the soap and closing the dishwasher. She loves to help me with laundry and gets out her little vacuum cleaner and vacuums when I am vacuuming. It's adorable.

- Big buses are her favorite thing to look for while we are out and about. Especially the yellow ones. 

- "Park", "wees" (swing), and "slide" are her first words when she wakes up in the morning. We pretty much live at the park most days as long as it is nice weather. 

- She loves temples and we visit them quite often. I love that she recognizes them and has such a love for them at such a young age. She also thinks the Disneyland castle is a temple but I'll wait to explain that one later!

- Evelyn eats avocados like candy. 

- Our nighttime routine consists of reading several books, tucking her in with her four favorite animals, a lady bug, puppy, duck and frog, and lots and lots of hugs and kisses. Of course she always seems to find "owies" for us to kiss too! Seriously it's like a 10 minute kissing fest!

- Evelyn has some pretty killer dance moves and breaks them out anytime a good song comes on. I really need to get her into a dance class asap!

- She is a climber! She will climb anything and everything. She gives me heart attacks on a daily basis but not once has she fallen. I'm just waiting for that time to come. 

- Evelyn is an animal lover and usually comments on how cute they are! 

- As soon as we get home, she immediately must take off both her shoes and socks. This little girl would rather be barefoot all the time.

- When she is talking to you and you are not giving her your full attention, (guilty I know...) she will say "hey!" and place her little hands on your face to make sure you are looking right at her!
